RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Need to exchange or return your order? Shoot us an email at: supbro@brosquirt.com. All returns or exchanges should be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items should be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached.

We offer free shipping both ways on domestic returns and exchanges in the USA.

Free Standard Shipping (All U.S. Domestic Orders):
USPS (3 to 8 Business Days) – FREE
Canada Shipping:
$25.00 USD Flat Fee
Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed and dropped for shipment within 1-3 business days. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
There are no shipping charges for USPS standard shipping (3-8 business day) on all U.S. Domestic orders.
There is a $25.00 USD flat shipping fee on all orders shipped to Canada.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated, we do not provide money-back guarantees should any delays occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
