RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Need to exchange or return your order? Shoot us an email at: supbro@brosquirt.com. Every order comes with a pre-paid return label. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached.
We offer free shipping both ways on domestic returns and exchanges in the USA.

Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed and dropped for shipment within 1-3 business days. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
There are no shipping charges for Standard (3-8 business day) shipping on all U.S. Domestic orders.
There is a $25.00 USD flat shipping fee on all orders shipped to Canada.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated, we do not provide money-back guarantees should any delays occur.

Processing time for orders placed after 1PM CST will start the following business day.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery. Packages can sometimes be marked as “delivered” early by our shipping partners. In this case, they are usually delivered within 2 business days of being marked “delivered”. If you still have not received your package after 2 business days please contact our customer service team.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier(USPS) to file a claim. Please contact us with a copy of the claim with your name, Order #, and a photo of the damage. Items damaged due to incorrect washing or normal wear are not eligible for return.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
